By creating an account or using Yuhmly, you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them clearly. If anything is confusing, email us at support@yuhmly.com.
Yuhmly is available to users who are 18 years of age or older. Users between 13 and 17 may use the platform only with a parent or legal guardian's consent and involvement. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete it promptly.
If you sell on Yuhmly, you agree to the following:
When you purchase a digital product on Yuhmly, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the file publicly without the seller's written permission.
Refund policy: Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final by default. The exception is if the file is defective (corrupted, missing, or completely different from what was described) — in that case, contact us at support@yuhmly.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.
Subjective dissatisfaction — "I didn't love the recipes" — is not grounds for a refund. We encourage buyers to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Yuhmly is a marketplace platform. We provide the infrastructure for creators to sell digital products and for buyers to discover and purchase them. We are not the author, publisher, or producer of any seller's content.
We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or nutritional correctness of any product listed on the platform. Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled on a good-faith basis, and we reserve the right to mediate or remove listings at our discretion.
The following are not allowed on Yuhmly, and will result in immediate listing removal and possible account suspension:

Yuhmly reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or cause harm to other users or the platform. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to respond. For serious violations — fraud, illegal content, or repeated offenses — we may act immediately without notice.
Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your dashboard — the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access through the date you already paid for.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except at our sole discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances.
Yuhmly and its logo, design, and original content are owned by Yuhmly. Sellers retain full ownership of the products they upload. By listing a product on Yuhmly, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, thumbnail, and promote your product on the platform (e.g., in search results, category pages, or marketing materials). We will never claim ownership of your work.
Yuhmly is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, revenue for sellers, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuhmly's liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of Yuhmly will be resolved under United States law, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Yuhmly after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
