When you use Yuhmly — whether as a buyer, seller, or just browsing — we may collect the following:

• Name and email address — when you create an account or sign in with Google
• Purchase history — records of products you've bought, so we can give you access to your downloads
• Store data — if you're a seller, your store name, product listings, sales history, and payout information
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
• Usage data — basic analytics like pages visited and products viewed, used to improve the platform

We use the data we collect to:

• Run the platform and give you access to products you've purchased
• Send order confirmation emails and download links
• Process subscription billing and seller payouts via Stripe
• Show sellers their sales analytics within the dashboard
• Communicate important account or policy updates
• Improve and troubleshoot the platform over time

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties — ever.

Yuhmly relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

Stripe — handles all payment processing and seller payouts. When you enter payment details, you're interacting directly with Stripe. Their Privacy Policy governs how they handle your payment data.

NextAuth.js — manages authentication (signing in with email/password or Google). Authentication sessions are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.

We use minimal, session-only cookies — nothing invasive. Cookies are used to keep you signed in during your visit. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Closing your browser ends the session cookie. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from staying signed in.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or financial compliance reasons (such as Stripe payout records).

To request deletion of your data, email us at support@yuhmly.com from the address associated with your account. We'll confirm and process your request within 7 business days.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop. We make money from subscriptions — not from your data.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
