Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable by default, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If you believe there is a significant discrepancy between what was described and what was delivered, contact us at support@yuhmly.com and we will review it.

Get discovered

Active listings appear in search and category pages, ranked by performance. Paid plans get a visibility boost so your products rank higher — Boosted on Starter, Maximum on Pro.

Get paid

Sales are processed by Stripe and paid out directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. You keep 100% of your listed price, minus Stripe's standard processing fee.

Content Rules

These rules apply to everything listed on Yuhmly. They exist to keep the marketplace trustworthy for buyers and fair for sellers.

What's allowed

Original food and nutrition content you created yourself

Meal plans, recipe collections, nutrition guides, kitchen guides, food tips, and similar.

Bundled products at a discounted price

You may group multiple items into a single listing offered at a lower combined price.

PDF format digital files

All deliverable files must be in PDF format.

Free products listed at $0

You may offer products for free. All other platform rules still apply.

What's not allowed

Reselling or redistributing someone else's content

You must be the original creator of everything you sell. Plagiarism results in immediate removal.

Misleading health or medical claims

Content that claims to diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions (e.g. "this plan cures diabetes") is prohibited.

Inaccurate titles or descriptions

What you describe must match what you deliver. Misleading listings will be removed.

Non-food related content

Yuhmly is a food and nutrition marketplace. Off-topic content will be removed.

Adult, harmful, or offensive content

Yuhmly reserves the right to review any listing and remove it if it does not meet quality or content standards, with or without prior notice.

Payments & Fees

Yuhmly earns from seller subscriptions and a small buyer-side service fee — not by taking a cut of seller revenue.

Buyer service fee

Added to the buyer's total at checkout. Sellers are not charged this fee.

Seller platform cut

You keep 100% of your listed price on every sale.

Stripe processing fee

Charged by Stripe per transaction. Deducted from your payout automatically.

Payouts

Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect and deposited directly to your linked bank account. Stripe offers two payout schedules — daily or weekly — which you can set inside your Stripe dashboard. Funds typically arrive within 2–7 business days of the payout being triggered, depending on your bank and country.

Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Yuhmly does not store card details. Buyers can pay by credit or debit card.

Reviews

Reviews help buyers make informed decisions and help good sellers get discovered.

Any registered user may leave a review on a product they did not create

Reviews from users with a completed purchase are marked Verified Purchase

This badge signals to other buyers that the reviewer actually owns the product.

Sellers may not review their own products

Fake, incentivized, or coordinated reviews are prohibited

This includes asking friends or followers to leave reviews in exchange for anything of value.

Yuhmly may remove any review that violates these rules or community standards, at our discretion.

Enforcement

We take content quality and community trust seriously. Here's how we handle violations.

First violation

Listing removed, seller notified via email with reason.

Repeated violations

Account review initiated. Products suspended pending review. May result in account suspension.

Fraud or serious abuse

Permanent account termination. Outstanding funds may be withheld pending investigation.

To report a listing that violates these rules, use our report form. We review all reports and respond within 2 business days.
